HOW TO GET TO KANHA

There are daily flights from Delhi and Mumbai to Jabalpur from where it is a 2 ½ hour drive (160 kms) to Kipling Camp. There are also daily flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Kolkata to Nagpur (a 260 km, 5½ hr drive) and Raipur (a 240 km, 5½ hr drive). There are good overnight trains to Jabalpur (the nearest railhead) and Nagpur.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Chauffeur-driven hire cars (usually air-conditioned Toyota Innovas) can be arranged to meet guests at Jabalpur, Nagpur, Bilaspur, Band- havgarh, Pench, etc.
Kipling Camp has comfortable 4WD Gypsys to take guests on safaris inside Kanha National Park and Tiger Reserve.

FROM NEW DELHI

Daily non-stop flights to Jabalpur on SpiceJet and 4 flights a week on Air India. A number of airlines also have daily flights from Delhi to Nagpur. There are good overnight trains to Jabalpur including the Nizamuddin-Jabalpur Superfast Express (dep.17:50 arr. 8:20).

FROM MUMBAI

Daily non-stop flights to Jabalpur, Nagpur and Raipur, on SpiceJet, Indigo and Jet Airways. There are a number of overnight trains to Jabalpur and Nagpur.

FROM HYDERABAD

Daily non-stop flights to Raipur on IndiGo.

FROM BANGALORE

Daily non-stop flights from Bengaluru (Bangalore) to Nagpur on IndiGo.

FROM PUNE

There is a non-stop daily flight from Pune to Nagpur on IndiGo and GoAir.

FROM KOLKATA

Daily non-stop flights to Nagpur and Raipur on IndiGo and GoAir. There are also daily overnight trains to Jabalpur, Kanha and Bilaspur (which is a 6 hr drive from Kanha).
